[users] Missing help files, 1.1.4, Linux

I updated to version 1.1.4 on the Linux platform. On invoking Help, 
there comes a message saying the database does not exist!! The check sum 
matches.  I followed the setup guide as closely as possible.

What are the help files called so I can search for themd? Is it possible 
to move them to where the program is looking ? Can I "tell" the program 
where they are?
