If you have broadband, you can download it for free. On the flip side, I think Nvu would be better to develop your web site. OpenOffice.org is an Office suite, but does have an HTML editor. The suite can do spreadsheets, charts, word processing, presentations, math formulas, etc. which is great and I think will help you in other ways. Nvu is also a free download.
