John: You might be having some problems with Javascript. Try this page and click the link for Windows (first section) choosing of the NAmerica links: http://download.openoffice.org/1.1.4/index-nojs.html Save it (don't open it) and remember where you save it. You'll have to unzip the file and then look for setup.exe. You'll also find installation instructions in that directory - it is a PDF. Hope this helps, Crystle p.s.
