I spent more time fishing in your website, and lo and behold, instructions were there afterall. Deeply buried, but there. Windows had lost my "personal" setup (or whateverit'scalled) for Open Office. Doing anything with Windows is always somewhat less fun than getting a root canal.
Maybe I'll get that book done one of these days after all.
