hi anders
what you will need to do is go to the end of your first page and Insert - Break - Page break. in Next style, select a different style then the one you are using for the first page.
after you do that, go to Insert - Header and click on the style you have selected previously for the New page style. this will put headers on all pages from the first one on. do the same for Footer.
note: selecting the new style for your non-first pages will probably change the formatting of these pages. you can set them back up if you open Stylist (F11) go to Page styles, right-click on the one you have chosen and select Modify. make the changes you wish to apply to all your pages with this style.
