You donot need a macro to do this.

Someone gave a way to do it by changing with in the OOo by editing one of the  
configuration files.  You have to be careful but once done it is within the 
program.

Maybe the person who gave me the instructions could give them again or someone 
with know-how dig it out of the archives.
