Did you at anytime enter/ type 3 or more -  _  = or other similar marks?
Chances that you did and what you have is the same problem I had.  I understand 
that it is a border  auto border.  You have to find where to turn it off so 
that it will not 
happen again/

But the problem at hand is to go to the nearest upper para sign and delete it,  
if the 
line does not disappear then it is attached to a para sign further up and you 
have to 
slowly make you way up until the line disappears.
That what I had to do.
