Just to calm you guys down.. 

The message in question is from the ISP, requesting that you confirm your
email address before passing the spam filter. To avoid that, , the use
ClaitonCS should add the list address or domain to his "trusted" list. 

UOL is a huge ISP here and the message is legitimate. Don't worry.

No!!!!!!!!!!!

They have became quite a pain in the ass.

So much so that I sent them an e-mail saying that I did not give a damn if
they accepted or rejected their e-mail but that I was tired of their spam
and as such I was setting my spam filters so that all e-mail from their
domain would go directly to delete.
