Are you talking about bibliography's / references which are cited at the end of a document but refered to within the body of the document?
If so, writer can handle this automatically. Search the help for 'bibliography' > I need the same for numbered > equations in the document. I need numbered equations > at the end of line and I need to point to these > equations from the middle of the text. Try the auto text entry. Type FN and then select F3. This will create an auto text entry and number the formular automatically. To see all autotext entries follow the following help comments : 1.Choose Tools - Macros - Macro. 2.In the Macro from list, double-click "Gimmicks". 3.Select "AutoText" and then click Run. A list of the current AutoText entries is generated in a separate text document. 4.Choose File - Print.
