What I am concerned about is that the report generator in 1.1.x is
capable of producing templates WITHOUT a database. I would like to see
this functionality returned to the suite. I have checked as deeply as I
can on the features of 2.0 new and old and have never found any
reference that this capability was to the removed or made database
exclusive.
