Joanne, Here is some info from Mozilla that describes the issue,
http://www.mozilla.org/start/1.4/faq/profile.html If you are using windows 2000, or XP you could use NTBackup to backup that whole folder, you will find that in the ProgramFiles/Accessories/SystemTools folder of your start menu, or it could be scripted in a simple cmd file with one of the OS's command line tools, xcopy, robocopy or the such. I have never tried MozBackup, but I see it is still there available for download, just that the author has moved on and no new development is being done, they say it still works, you could get it here...... http://mozbackup.jasnapaka.com/index-old.html It's totally amazing you never got the "what do you mean you're not backing up your machine" scolding :-), think about the other stuff on that drive you could loose if the drive goes bad, hey but that is a topic for another thread in another place tho.. :-D Good luck....
