Joanne,

Here is some info from Mozilla that describes the issue,

 http://www.mozilla.org/start/1.4/faq/profile.html

If you are using windows 2000, or XP you could use NTBackup to backup that
whole folder, you will find that in the ProgramFiles/Accessories/SystemTools
folder of your start menu, or it could be scripted in a simple cmd file with
one of the OS's command line tools, xcopy, robocopy or the such.

I have never tried MozBackup, but I see it is still there available for
download, just that the author has moved on and no new development is being
done, they say it still works, you could get it here......
http://mozbackup.jasnapaka.com/index-old.html

It's totally amazing you never got the "what do you mean you're not backing
up your machine" scolding :-), think about the other stuff on that drive you
could loose if the drive goes bad, hey but that is a topic for another
thread in another place tho.. :-D

Good luck....

Lee
