I usually highlight some cells, Ctrl-c to copy or Ctrl-x to cut,
then position the cursor to the point I want to put the cells,
and use Ctrl-v
Is that what you have in mind?

Not really... My problem is that i'm using I'm working on a complex 
table with the spreasheet tool (doesn't contain any calculations or 
functions, I just apreciate the easy-to-use character of the spreadsheet 
to do this), and I want a subtable from sheet 11 to be displayed in 
sheet 3 but the width of the columns is completely different; since my 
objective is to print this 2 tables in a same page, I used to go around 
this problem in excel by "photographing" the subtable and pasting it in 
the other sheet, where it would behave like a picture (a dynamic one, 
because any changes in the subtable are reflected in the "photos", 
regardless of the sheet were they are).
Is there such a tool in oo? Or something else that would solve the 
problem (like for instance, a break in a certain row in the sheet, 
creating a new set of columns, allowing me to manage two independent 
sets of columns in a same sheet (page))??
