Here is na example of the files i'm looking to be able to import into Calc, but in version 2.0 the wizard does not apear, but in one earlier version it import's the file but the number are not loaded like numbers but like text, i think is because the decimal point is "," and the thousand point is ".", but i looked around on a place to change it, but i never found it, even when i change the Reginal Settings, in the Control Panel.

Are you saying that importing fixed width doesn't work in whatever release or OS you have? Please explain because it works very well for me. What I mean is if you select fixed width in the import dialogue and then set the column widths and types is this failing? Perhaps http://tinyurl.com/5u8bt will help.
