Hi All I am trying to connect to a simple test data base that I created in MySQL as root in Mandrake 10.1.
The test database is located at /var/lib/mysql and is named Gork_Search. I go to New Database -> Connect to existing Database -> Set Connection to use ODBC -enter /var/lib/mysql [I have also tried /var/lib/mysq/Gork_Search] as the ODBC data source -> user name root password required -> enter Test Connection -> enter root password -> and get: The specified driver could not be loaded. com/mysql/jdbc/Driver Does anyone have any suggestions.
