Well, as root I can set it up, but this isn't what I want since I can't
set it up as root for the user.
If you can setup what you want as the root user and cannot as a normal user,
this would point to permissions problems. But I'm not sure where :(
Right, this counts for V1.1.3. But for V1.1.4 there is more to it since
it has not the right settings (actually nothing set up) for the user.
