As CPHennessy elluded to, this is a volunteer based system; a community of helpers and users and developers. I have found such a system much more responsive and helpful than any customer service I've had from a for-profit corporations. You are liable to get a response at 3am, Sunday morning. The system is stengthened by each person who becomes involved; be it using, helping, or developing.
