I think this in general is a great idea. However, I would /suggest/,
instead of sending them a file. "If you can't open this, fix it.
Download a better office suite." Personally I think that MSO is great.
As long as you don't have to pay for it out of your own wallet. :-D I
have been quite successful distributing CDs and USB disks that say
"Click here to open the file" and below that "Click here to open the
file if you have Microsoft <insert MS product name here>". I think
that would be a better idea. Maybe have a section about "What is
OO.o?"/"The advantages of OO.o"?
