If you user filters for your mail, which I would imagine most of us do, you can just set a filter to recognize when someone is an unsubscribed user.
I did this in TB. I will list the steps I followed.
1) *Tools > Filters*
2) Select the account you receive you OOo mail to.
3) New...
4) Select a title, and click the /Match any of the following/ radio button.
5) Drop down the first menu and select "Delivered-To". When I set this up, this was not in the list. Select the bottom entry /Customize/ and add it.
6) Set the middle box to contains and the value to "moderator for [email protected]", without quotes.
7) Then under actions I set mine to move to my OOo Users folder. If you do that, set it for that and also I check *Label the message* and set that box to Important.
Now all messages that are from non-subscribers are red, so if I respond I add their e-mail as a CC and the list's address as reply-to.
NOTE: If you have a separate filter to move all messages to [email protected] to a different folder as well, the unmoderated filter needs to run 1st, or else it won't ever get scanned by the filter.
As Tamblyne said, the best way to stop the extra "noise" is for all people who post here to set this filter and automatically CC the unsubscribed user.
