[users] CSS in html is not saved permanently

Hi,

I am using OO V1.1.3, German, on Windows ME with Netscape 7.1 and/or Explorer6.0

Encountering a problem in using OO as html-Editor:

When editing my file with OO, all CSS-Info, except those, generated by OO, are 
deleted!

I would like to add the following:

body        {background-attachment : fixed;
         background-repeat : repeat;
        }
a       { cursor: crosshair }

My problem:
- I can not permanently include the above mentioned Styles into the given 
structure:
...
        <STYLE>
        <!--
                @page { size: 29.7cm 21cm }
                TD P { color: #000000 }
                P { color: #000000 }
        -->
        </STYLE>
</HEAD>

-Nor can I Link to an external Stylesheet by including (into 
header-section):
<LINK rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="myownstylesheet.css">

-Nor can I include anything else, except the OO-given, into the Body-tag.

Every time, I start OO again to edit my html-file, OO has removed my added 
CSS-commands or link-tags  :-((
What shall I do??
