Why OOo is giving priority for the gnome
integration?
OOo is not giving priority to nothing
Is it becouse GTK/GNOME is better to work, is well written, and documented?
OOo gnome integration is better because lots of people are working on it. And because Ximian is backing openoffice.

Probably because it lacks personel. KDE integration lacks people working in it. You have seen by yourself how desert the project is. If you like Qt so much, you can try to help the kde project.
Or you can try to raise KDE developers on the web, or try to convince KDE developers to get commited in OOo. But it's going to be quite difficult, must developer effords on KDE are centered on KOffice.
