But you *can* save OOo documents in MS Word format - try File>Save As
and select the appropriate Word format.

Would the Open Office suite install onto a data stick or thumb drive, as they are sometimes called. The Windows version of the programs. I have found that while OO Write can read MS Word documents, MS Word can't handle OO Write documents and so I can't bring them in to school and print them in the College Computer Training lab, or the Library (where they also offer printing services).
