"Extendation" is when the first line sticks out.
"Indentation" is when the first line does not extend as far to the
left as the other lines do.

This is a drop down box. Set the figure to whatever is appropriate.
"Automatic" checkbox should be checked.
This covers both indentation and extendation. Just use positive or
negative numbers for the first line.
