Hi Robert,
I doubt there are many other ways than to first save your .123 files as
.xml (i.e. M$Excel files) and then open these directly from OOo-1.1.4.
That worked for me, apart from having to adapt some particular commands
(such as subtotal and grandtotal) and having to re-write any .123 macros
you might have.
