Hello, I've installed OpenOffice 1.1.4 on a WinXP SP2 recently. The problem is when I clic on a document the elapsed time till it's displayed is 4 minutes. It's not the first time I install OpenOffice and I've never had this problem. Are there special parameters to (des)activate in this configuration to obtain better performances.
Others programs on this PC have normal performances. Only OO is this slow. The PC is an IBM ThinkCenter P4 2,9GHz 256Mo. It's only used for openoffice, acroread, ie. I thank you for any hint.
