Hi,

Are you RIGHT-clicking on your document?

I had the same problem before when right-clicking cause the WinXP system to 
freeze up. The cause is because I have way too many system fonts installed. 
OOo tried to load all the fonts when you right click in order to perform the 
font-change-preview feature. So the only way to get around it is to delete 
all those non-essential fonts from your Windows directory.
