Hi, Are you RIGHT-clicking on your document?
I had the same problem before when right-clicking cause the WinXP system to freeze up. The cause is because I have way too many system fonts installed. OOo tried to load all the fonts when you right click in order to perform the font-change-preview feature. So the only way to get around it is to delete all those non-essential fonts from your Windows directory. Hope that helps.
