When you configure Outline Numbering, click on the Position tab, change
the space to text settings to your liking.

There's still a small bug though. I have to explicity prefix the
heading's text with a space. If I don't do that the TOC shows the
heading number concatenated with the text without a space in between.
For ex:
1Introduction
2Conclusion
Instead of:
1 Introduction
2 Conclusion
Should I file a bug report/issue for this or am I missing something here?
