Read everything at the specified link before trying anything. You may
lose data or settings.
Rename the directory:
C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\<ooo
directory>\user\registry to, say, ...registry-old and restart OOo. Tools|Options
settings will be lost. Other suggestions are rename Common.xcu - but that didn't work for
