Hi Mr Stewart,

Thanks for your help.
I checked with ctrl F10. it shows right after the line " (fair wear and tear excepted) " is a tiny error. Not the enter symbol.

Also, I have a 42 page document with this problem. Is there a way to correct the whole thing at one rather than editing it one by one?
The problem only occurs at my numbering section, for other paragraphs without numbering it justify ok.

Thanks for helping!

If you turn on 'nonpronting characters' (cntl F10) you might see that you have hit enter at the end of that line.
Just delete the extra enter.

Dear friends,

I have a problem here in regards to justify paragraph. I have a paragraph as below:

'to restore and make good the Demised Premises to its original state and condition at the commencement of the Term hereby created as is possible and
acceptable to the Landlord (fair wear and tear excepted)
including repainting the Demised Premises and the levelling of the floor, if necessary, save those fixtures and fittings that may remain at the request of the Landlord.'

The problem is when I select the paragraph and clicked "justify" for alignment, it never justify it properly. See the second sentence after "(fair wear and tear excepted)", I tried play around with all sorts of alignment options but never get it to justify beautifully. Is there anyway I can change to make it justify properly?

Please help me with this.....thanks for taking time reading my mail,
