OK...I'm stumped. I'm running FC3. I have a MS Access DB I want to port
to MySQL. I managed to do that, and now want to connect to it via OOo,
v. 1.1.4. Using unixODBC v. 3.51.11, and following the instructions
online, I have registered the MySQL db ("movedb") as a data source, and
can access the tables, but read-only. There are no menu edit options,
and I cannot alter/add data. Each table in the db has a primary key, and the user (me) has sufficient privileges. I found the discussion in dba.openoffice.org, but notice the macro there seems specific to an earlier release, and the download has been removed from the download page, leading me to believe it's deprecated. Anybody have a suggestion where to turn next?
