]ok well it's not too relevant anymore but: I typed all the ocmments on all my students' papers in a very simple text file; then I had to enter the marks in my spreadsheet, and thought -- wouldn't it be nice if these were organized alphabetically? If only I had typed these into spreadsheet or table or something! and then I thought, why not use the page break at the end each page (entered manually as I was writing) as the field seperator, and convert to a table? But this appears not to work in part b/c one can't set he row seperator, only the column seperator. Anyway if someone knows a trick to do this I'm still curious, but it's no longer pressing as I just did the data entry completely manually.
