I have 4 spreadsheets each contains about 6 pages when printed. I need to print into 1 pdf file preferably with 1 page with TOC created in text processor. Untill now I use PDFTK to combine PDF files but the bookmars are then lost. Any idea ? (WinXP, 1.9.95) Thanks, Jiri
