Interesting. I can't see how this can be done without alot of manual work. You could create a new single celled table for each page. For that new cell you could set it to have the text alignment 'centered' and have that cell stretch for the entire length of each page.
Failing that, depending on the length of your documents, you can achieve a similar look by doing it manually (ie, ensuring that if the page is not full that there is the same line breaks at the beginning and end of the page).
