The ability to have individual user settings is highly dependant on
the operating system. If you are using winXP or version of unix/linux
(unsure about Mac), you can do a network install.  This  installs a
central installation of core files, then smaller and individual files
for each user that wishes to utilise the program.

If you want more information and your OS can support, have a read of
the .pdf that comes with the downloaded file which has step by step
instructions.

You would have to provide more information as to why 2.0Beta does not
install. Again what is your operating system and are there any error
messages displayed?
