I have a hyperlink in a footer (links to the Creative
Commons site for the copyright license). When I export
to PDF, the hyperlink only works on the first page of
the PDF document. It has the same graphical appearance
on the remaining pages, but the cursor does not change
when hovering over the link, and the link does not
work when clicked.
Is there something I need to do differently? Or is
this something that needs to be fixed in the export
process?
