How do you set up a document with a header and footer on the first page and only the footer on subsequent pages?

Using Page Styles is my first thought.
Create a style for each configuration. Name them what you want.
Apply the style with header and footer to the first page. In the page style settings under the organizer tab, set Next Style to "FooterOnly" style.
In the "FooterOnly" page style organizer, set next style to "FooterOnly" also.
Now each new page created/added will have only a footer and the first page only will have both Header and Footer.
You can probably achieve the same result using sections, but it seems a more complicated way to go.
