I don't know if you can get the data back. First, I would reccomend
upgrading to the latest beta, 1.9.100, as it is more stable, as well as
more functional. Second, go to Tools>Options>Load/Save>General and
making sure that OpenOffice.org is set to save at some reasonable
frequency. I hope this helps.
