You are simply clicking the BitTorrent link. Why click that when you
don't /want/ BitTorrent? The correct button is "download stable version"
inside the green box on the front page. This will take you to a page
where you can choose your language, OS, and mirror. The link I sent you
uses English, Windows, and Pair, because you wrote in English, use
Outlook Express, and Pair is a good mirror.
