2) File|Print. Now under Properties make sure the *paper* is set to 11
by 8 1/2 landscape. Under options tick "left pages" and "brochure".

3) Pick up the pile of pages, turn it over top to bottom (not left to
right) and replace in printer. Repeat (2) but with "right pages" ticked
instead of "left pages"
