This list is for help with OpenOffice.org, not Microsoft Office. In Publisher (or Word), you need to have Adobe Acrobat (the full version) installed to print to PDF, or perhaps some other utility. In OpenOffice.org, however, if you want to make a PDF from a Writer document (Writer is the OpenOffice.org equivalent of Word), it's built-in and free! Check out http://www.openoffice.org/ and download the latest stable version.
