[users] OOo ver. RC1 for ver.3, does it mean that the final ver.3 will be out shortly?

To all: Someone put out some information on OOo ver.3 RC.1 being out on 
a non-related newsgroup, which begs the question, when is the final 
stable ver. 3.0 due out? And why hasn't more been mentioned about ver. 3 
release been mentioned here rather than in Seamonkey newsgroup? =-O :-\
