One possibility is the "Page layout" setting in the page style -
though I'm not sure any problem here would create exactly the effect
you describe. Go to Format | Page... | Page (or right-click | Page...
| Page) and look at "Page layout" under "Layout settings". Do you
have "Only right"? You probably need "Right and left" or "Mirrored".
If you are using more than one page style, you might need to check
each of them, of course.

You might also want to check the settings for the printer itself to make
sure it isn't restricting the printing.
