Hi Cor, let me see if I got this right: do you mean I should use "None" for Numbering in my Heading 2 Paragraph Style, then go to each and every one of my subheadings (which are formatted Heading 2) and which now will not be numbered anymore, and for each one of them do the following: Tools>Outline Numbering then select which number I want them to be numbered with, then click on the Numbering On/Off button in my toolbar to enable the little number in front of each of the subheadings? I hope you meant something else, because this doesn't sound like much of an automation to me. Many thanks.
