Yes I did. Not because of WorldCat, but because of a feature of Zotero.
Once I have clicked on the icon (in the URL bar!) and added the item to
my library, I right-click on the title, then on Transform Text, and
choose Title Case. Interestingly, it works better than OOo's title
case. I got this tidbit from someone on the Zotero forums.

I still haven't succeeded in getting WorldCat to give me just the ISBN
that I searched on. It pumps in all the ISBNs for the book and all
related editions. This may be dozens of ISBN numbers. I have to delete
all but the one for the edition/version that I have.

Adding the item from the icon in the URL bar also adds the number of
pages for some books. Unfortunately, there is a bug in the OOo plugin
so it pumps the number of pages into the bibliography. In APA style the
number of pages in the work is not supposed to appear. I have to go
through each addition to my library and delete the number of pages in
the work in those cases where WorldCat added a number in the field.

It's still a whale of a lot faster than doing it by hand. Plus, I can
create a list of all my books and articles by copying and pasting my
library into OOo.

Thanks a lot for suggesting it. Yours was the first post in this thread
mentioning Zotero. I am in your debt.
