Just to clarify, there are several forms which have to be filled in
with pretty much the same information in different combinations,
layouts and paper sizes.

I took up Brian's suggestion of putting sections inside frames and
linking the sections as the means of copying information from one frame
to another. My first impressions are that this seems to do what I want.

I started working on this last night, and although it's tedious to set
up,I think it will save the time of laboriously copying
information by hand into each form, with the attendant risk of making
errors along the way.

When finished, I will have a template which will consists of a couple
of pages for data entry and then a page for each of the forms plus a
page which can be customised for the information which the marriage
celebrant needs such as location, special requests, contact phone
numbers etc.

After I've completed it and tested it, I will publish it for other
Australian marriage celebrants to use.

Thanks to Brian, Harold, Barbara and others who offered suggestions to
point me in the right direction.
