The downside is that it is only available in Windows. Also it is locked into proprietary systems-- MS Word (I don't know if it can be configured to work with ODF or in conjunction with OO using .doc formats), MYOB etc. For those of us who only do a few weddings a year it is definitely "overkill"! The approach I'm taking with this project is to get the information into the right place that the user can print it onto forms as needed. I will produce it as a template so that a document will be produced for each couple.
