I picked the mirror at more or less random. I checked some of them and
all of them had the 3.0.0 files. The first I tried to download from was
actually in Germany or France. Looks like you just got a mirror which
was yet to be updated purely by chance.
Sometimes the final release is unchanged from the last prior release
candidate. Does any one know - is RC4 the same as v3.0, or is there
some change to make a download of v3.0 advisable?
