have a Word medical dictionary with only a single word per line and no extra
characters.
I believe those are used to specify what affixes can be used by the
respective words and are useful for a shorter/faster dictionary but not
mandatory
As described here, you will have to made some minor modifications to the
words list - character set and characters used in building
