Hello again,

Dictionaries are now (as from 3.0) extensions, that have to be installed as
you would install any other extension in OOo.
See http://extensions.services.openoffice.org/resources/user/howto_install
or Help (F1) extension manager

When I go to (translated from Dutch) Extra > Language > Install more
wordlists from the web
it opens a webpage with wordlist extensions (unfortunately not in
alfabetical order):
http://extensions.services.openoffice.org/dictionary?cid=926385

Anyway, I suppose you use US_en English, which comes pre-installed.

If you have autosave on, check were OOo saves, better make it to a seperate
temp folder, as the default tmp may be trashed by the OS or whatever.

I have no experience with saving on a file server
