You mean you were writing a document during three hours, and never saved
your work? Suicide is painless!
Spell checker is working fine on my OOo 3 on Mac. Are you sure the
text you
want to check has the adequate language defined?
When you see the save take place on auto save, one expects this to be
so, I am a long user of OOo and have never had this problem before.
I am really having issues with this new version, when you close a
document (file server) it takes for ever, showing the system is "not
responding", this is ridiculous, think I will go back to 2.4 until the
very buggy OOo 3 is properly "beta" tested, maybe in 6 months. I run a
professional office and cant lose documents or wait for this buggy
release to be fixed. Not happy!
This is getting worse, it states:

1.In OpenOffice.org software, you can choose File - Wizards - Install
new dictionaries to open a Writer document which helps you to install
more languages.
This does not f*****g exist!!!!!!!!!!!
