I changed some of your working to make the wording exactly what I see
and do on my computer. I do not think the different working is making
any difference in what you have suggested. What I added is in red.
What the red replaces is in blue
When I print the file I still get the message "Document contains
transparent objects. Should the objects of transparency be reduced". I
have uses "Cut" to remove the boxes that I created. I can not see
anywhere on the spreadsheet that there are any transparencies. My
present spreadsheet was copied from the Internet and the Internet did
have transparencies that I Cut from my present spreadsheet. Can I
simply print my present spreadsheet and forget about the transparencies?
Is there any danger in doing this?

If you move the box over some other text or something you will see you can
see through. Yes I did move the boxes I created by your instructions. The box
was transparent even though the box was filled with a transperant blue color
Maybe you copied/pasted something with this setting?
